岗位职责

• Strategy Evaluation & Scientific Measurement: Responsible for evaluating the impact of strategies within the safety business line. Proficiently apply A/B testing and causal inference methods to scientifically quantify the true incremental value (uplift) generated by strategies in complex business scenarios, providing solid data support for business iterations.
• Business Requirement Translation: Deeply understand the core demands of the safety and related business lines. Accurately translate ambiguous business pain points and requirements into specific Data Science (DS) problems.
• End-to-End Data Analysis & Infrastructure: Responsible for the closed-loop process of data production and strategy analysis. Independently execute the full pipeline from underlying data cleaning and infrastructure governance to high-level analysis output. Participate in building the foundational data environment, and proactively identify and optimize data quality issues.
• Strategy Execution & Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments with business, product, and R&D teams. Under the guidance and leadership of the department leader, deliver high-quality, closed-loop execution of specific business strategies and data projects.
• Algorithm Application & Tech Exploration: Apply machine learning algorithms to solve practical problems in the safety business, driving the implementation and iteration of models in real commercial scenarios. Concurrently track and explore cutting-edge data science technologies (such as LLMs) to drive business process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.

任职要求

• Education & Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in data science, strategy analysis, or commercial analysis. Excellent academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Professional Background: Experience working in top-tier tech companies, multinational corporations (MNCs), or overseas study/work experience is preferred. Good English proficiency, able to smoothly use English as a working language.
• Technical Skills: Solid foundation in mathematical statistics. Proficient in the fundamental applications of A/B testing, causal inference, or machine learning in business scenarios. Exceptionally strong hands-on engineering skills (proficient in SQL, Python, etc.). Excellent execution resilience and a pragmatic approach; able to adapt to and proactively optimize complex underlying data environments.
• Business Sense: Candidates with internship or full-time experience in two-sided marketplace platforms (e.g., ride-hailing, food delivery, on-demand delivery) are strongly preferred. Familiarity with safety, risk control, or related business areas is a plus. Keen sensitivity and intuition for data anomalies.
• Soft Skills: Clear communication and articulation skills, and the ability to collaborate smoothly across departments. Strong self-motivation and a pragmatic, down-to-earth spirit.
